Hungary - World of Potentials: This video clip from the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs features some of the inventions and technologies developed by Hungarians. Also shows some nice scenes of Lake Balaton and Budapest and accompanied by some traditional Hungarian music.
Free Guided Tours at the Museum of Fine Arts Held each day, Tuesday to Saturday, guided tours in English for individuals are held at the Museum of Fine Arts in Heroes Square. These tours are free of charge and are conducted by volunteers. Tours in other languages are available, however need to be arranged in advance with the museum. Details of tours can be seen here Times of the tours are: Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 and 14:00, Saturdays: 11:00. No need to make an appointment. Just show up and meet the guide in the lobby.
Between 16 November and 31 December you can visit the 2013 Budapest Christmas Market located in Vörösmarty tér (Square).

Ryanair Return to Budapest: Budget airline Ryanair have announced that they will resume operations from and to Budapest in March, 2012.
Services to Birmingham, Bologna, Bristol, Dublin and London Stanstead are planned.
Ryanair ceased operations to Budapest in 2010.
January 2012: Budapest has been ranked as the number one European city for property investment. The survey, carried out by Global Property Guide, was also reported by the Daily Telegraph in the UK. In recent months there has been renewed interest in Budapest apartments by investors entering the buy to let market.
