Completely restored in 2010, this 48m2 ground floor studio apartment has been beautifully designed and provides guests with complete comfort and amenities including air-conditioning, WIFI, Sony PlayStation 3, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen.
The ground floor living area makes perfect use of space with an open style fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining and separate living area. The shower room, also located on the ground floor, is equipped with a large power shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. The upper mezzanine floor is accessed via a full sized spiral staircase and is equipped with double bed and ample wardrobe space.
